Established in accordance with the GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 standard, covering the full process production management of transmission line towers (angle steel towers, steel pipe towers, steel pipe poles), substation structural supports, iron accessories, and broadcasting communication tower steel components. From raw material entry, production and processing to finished product inspection, each process has clear quality control standards to ensure that every product delivered to customers is stable and reliable.

2. ISO 14001 Environmental Management System

Technological innovation achievements: driving production upgrading with patents

Core invention patent: "A Multi station Steel Pipe Drilling Machine", which optimizes the drilling process in the production of steel pipe towers and steel pipe poles. Through multi station collaborative operation, it greatly improves drilling accuracy and production efficiency, reduces errors caused by manual intervention, and provides reliable technical support for the mass production of high-voltage transmission steel pipe components.

Utility model patent achievements: covering key equipment and processes such as impact testing machines, steel plate milling machines, pressure forming machines, floor standing grinding machines, screw air compressor installation bases, inkjet printers, suction type flux dryers, mobile scissor lift platforms, server host protection mechanisms, etc., comprehensively improving the automation, standardization, and safety of the production process.

Authoritative Product Testing Report: Proving Quality Strength with Data

The company's core products have passed strict inspections by national authoritative power testing institutions, and all testing items have met the standards, providing authoritative endorsement for the safe application of products in power engineering. The following are the testing results of three representative products:

1.750kV transmission line tower (angle steel tower)

The testing is based on the "GB/T 2694-2018 Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Transmission Line Towers", and a report is issued by the Quality Inspection and Testing Center for Power Equipment and Line Equipment in the Power Industry. The inspection covers 5 key items of Class A (steel material, zinc layer uniformity and adhesion, internal quality of welds, trial assembly control dimensions, etc.) and 13 routine items of Class B (steel external dimensions, part/component dimensions, weld appearance, zinc layer thickness, trial assembly performance, etc.), all items are qualified and there are no unqualified items. The report is valid until December 2026, fully verifying the structural strength and corrosion resistance of the product in ultra-high voltage transmission scenarios.

2.500kV steel pipe tower

The testing is based on the "DL/T 646-2021 Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Steel Pipe Structures for Power Transmission and Transformation", and the report is also issued by an authoritative testing center. 4 key projects of Class A and 13 routine projects of Class B are all qualified, with zero unqualified items. The report verifies the welding quality, anti-corrosion performance, and trial assembly adaptability of the steel pipe tower, ensuring the stable operation of the product in high-voltage transmission lines.

3.220kV polygonal steel pipe pole

The testing is based on the "DL/T 646-2021 Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Steel Pipe Structures for Power Transmission and Transformation", with all 4 Class A key items and 11 Class B conventional items qualified and zero unqualified items. The report verifies the material properties, anti-corrosion effect, and installation accuracy of steel pipe poles, meeting the strict standards of medium and high voltage transmission lines.

All testing reports are issued by institutions with CNAS/CMA dual certification qualifications and can be verified on the official website of the testing center. They are authoritative proof of product quality compliance and essential documents for customer engineering bidding and acceptance.

Anti corrosion capability guarantee: The company holds shares in a modern galvanizing plant, achieving independent and controllable product anti-corrosion processes. By strictly controlling key indicators such as galvanized thickness and uniformity, the anti-corrosion quality of the product is ensured from the source, effectively extending the product's service life, and flexibly allocating production resources to shorten the delivery cycle.

Qualification for supporting components: The company has professional testing qualifications for core supporting products such as iron accessories, high-voltage cable clamps, high-altitude fall protection devices, and anchor bolts/nuts, ensuring that the supporting products are perfectly compatible with the core products and guaranteeing the overall operational stability of the equipment.
