1. Strong load-bearing structure

The tower body uses a thickened angle steel truss structure, with larger component specifications and denser bolted joints. The overall stiffness, tensile resistance, and anti-overturning performance far exceed conventional straight towers.

It can evenly bear the bidirectional tension of conductors and ground wires, effectively segment tension areas, lock line tension under wire breakage or tightening conditions, prevent accident propagation, and ensure overall line safety.

Strictly follows the "Steel Structure Design Standard" and "General Design of Transmission Line Towers." High-quality national standard carbon structural steel is selected for raw materials.

CNC cutting, precision punching, and automated welding ensure accurate dimensional tolerances and high fit of tower assembly.

All tower components adopt overall hot-dip galvanization, with a uniform and dense zinc layer offering strong resistance to acid rain, coastal salt spray, and corrosion in humid mountainous areas.

No frequent rust removal or repainting is needed, and outdoor service life can reach 50 years, reducing full-cycle operation and maintenance costs.
