The company has invested heavily in acquiring a large number of high-precision automated processing platforms to ensure product manufacturing processes meet stringent power industry standards:

● Production Equipment: Equipped with JZ2532 CNC angle steel drilling lines, BL2020C/BL1412S CNC structural steel integrated production lines, 12000mm steel pipe internal/external longitudinal submerged arc automatic welding machines, CNC intersecting line cutting machines, and tower base welding robots.

● Lifting Capacity: Multiple large gantry cranes are deployed within the facility, with individual units capable of lifting up to 20 tons, meeting the hoisting demands for heavy steel components.

● Testing Laboratory: A fully equipped physical and chemical testing center houses a 600D universal testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, low-temperature impact tester, direct-reading spectrometer, and carbon-sulfur analyzer, enabling comprehensive self-inspection throughout the entire process from material intake to finished product shipment.
