In long-distance AC transmission lines, three-phase conductors can cause unbalanced capacitive currents due to asymmetric arrangement, leading to increased grid losses, false operation of relay protection, and other issues.

The tower arranges conductor suspension points at different heights and positions on the tower body, allowing A, B, and C phase conductors to orderly swap positions as they pass through the tower.

Component Processing

All angle steel components of the Galvanized Angle Steel Transposition Tower are precisely cut, punched, and bent, with dimensional tolerances in accordance with GB/T 9787 to ensure assembly accuracy.

Corrosion Protection

After rust removal, the components are immersed in molten zinc at 450-460°C, forming a zinc-iron alloy layer with uniform coverage without missed plating or zinc bulges. Dead corners such as bolt holes and welds are fully protected.

Tower Structure

The tower uses a lattice truss structure, with a reasonable layout of main members, diagonals, and crossarms, clearly defined stress paths, and precise placement of phase-shifting suspension points to ensure safe spacing of conductors during phase shifting.

Accessory Configuration
