Precautions for Use
Before installation, check that the nameplate of the galvanized steel transmission tower matches the drawing
parameters, and inspect that the tower body, flanges, and bolts are free of deformation or damage, ensuring all
accessories are complete.
Use nylon ropes for lifting to avoid scratching the galvanized coating; the vertical deviation during installation
should be ≤1/1000, and flange bolts should be tightened according to torque to ensure a reliable connection.
The tower foundation should use a C30 concrete independent footing with embedded anchor bolts, and grounding
resistance should be ≤10Ω. Regularly test the effectiveness of the grounding system.
Welding or cutting on the surface of the galvanized steel transmission tower is strictly prohibited. If modification
is required, it must be reapplied with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection.
Regularly check the integrity of the zinc coating, bolt tightness, and structural deformation; in
coastal/high-corrosion areas, inspect every six months and promptly repair any damaged zinc coating.
Non-professional personnel are strictly prohibited from climbing the galvanized steel transmission tower. Warning
signs such as "High Voltage Danger, Keep Away" should be placed around the tower, maintaining a safe distance.
